Lowering and coilovers
We lower cars with lowering springs and adjustable coilover kits. We also service and adjust coilovers that are already fitted. In addition, we do the alignment and the measurement report for the modification inspection.

Fitting lowering springs + four-wheel alignment, total labour on most passenger cars. Fitting from 4.5 h, alignment 79 €. Parts are not included in the price.

Fitting from 5 h and four-wheel alignment. After fitting, the ride height of the car is adjusted.
3D measurement and adjustment at the final ride height. You receive a measurement and adjustment report for the modification inspection.
We check the condition of suspension that is already fitted, adjust the ride height and do any suspension work needed.
Prices include VAT at 25.5%. The exact labour time depends on the car’s design, the condition of the mountings and the kit.
We do not currently sell lowering springs – bring your own kit. We are happy to help you choose the right kit and check compatibility before you order.
The type plate is usually in the door opening or on a body pillar, sometimes in the engine bay. There can be different spring kits for the same car model depending on the axle load, so the relevant rows are 1 and 2.
A clear photo of the whole type plate is usually enough for choosing – you do not have to work out the right kit yourself.
Send the registration number and a photo of the type plate – we check that the kit fits your car.
The lowering springs or coilover kit are fitted. The work usually takes 4.5–5 hours.
With coilovers, the ride height is adjusted to suit you within the limits of the kit.
The alignment is done at the final ride height, and you receive a measurement and adjustment report.
You take the car to the inspection with the kit documents and our report.
After fitting lowering springs or coilovers, the car must pass a modification inspection (muutoskatsastus). You need two things for the inspection.
The actual lowering depends on the kit and the car’s original suspension. A figure given by the manufacturer, such as 30–40 mm, usually means the difference to the standard suspension. If the car already has a factory sports suspension, the difference to the current height may be smaller.
Changing the ride height affects the suspension geometry and wheel angles. The alignment is done once the suspension is fitted and the final ride height is set – and the report is needed for the modification inspection.
If the car has ride height sensors, automatic headlight levelling or other height-related systems, their function or adjustment may require a separate check.
If they are clearly worn, it is often worth it – much of the dismantling is done anyway. We tell you about their condition during the work.
